Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Benton County

We apologize for the postponement, but we think it will be worth it!

Please join us for our Opening Sunday and our traditional “Water Ceremony” (sometimes called “Water Communion”) service. This is an intergenerational service.

A Water Communion is a gathering ceremony traditionally done in Unitarian Universalist congregations across the country on “homecoming” Sundays. All are invited to bring a small quantity of water to the service, sharing why the water is special or representative of the summer.

As the UUA website puts it, “The combined water is symbolic of our shared faith coming from many different sources.” It will be wonderful to be together again, and to meet new friends.

Please note that we will be at our new location: 1400 W. Walnut, #113, in The Quarter in Rogers

Come anytime between 10:30-11:00 a.m. for coffee and and socializing or stay after the service!

Sunday School is available for children with a Unitarian Universalist adaptation of Jerome Berryman’s book, “Spirit Play” as the primary resource. We structure the morning based on the Montessori approach. As in Montessori, the key elements are the classroom environment and the teachers. These elements free the children to work at their own pace on their own activities after an initial lesson.

See upcoming services for specific service details.
